🌍 Who We Are?
We are Aab-e-Hayat, a youth-led non-profit initiative based in Sargodha, Pakistan, working to address the growing water crisis around us.
Our name means “Water of Life” and that’s exactly what we strive to bring to communities in need.
We believe that clean and safe water is a basic human right, not a privilege. Every child, every family, and every school deserves access to safe drinking water.
🚨 The Problem
In many parts of Sargodha, people — especially children — are forced to drink unsafe and contaminated water every day.
Clean drinking water is scarce, and the lack of awareness about water safety leads to waterborne diseases, poor health, and high absenteeism in schools. While the crisis grows, most communities don’t realize how serious and urgent the issue has become, and precious water is often wasted or misused. This silent crisis threatens the health, education, and future of an entire generation.
